How do I set up my business on Bookwik?
Register an account, complete your KYC verification, add your services and staff, and set your availability. Your booking page goes live once KYC is approved.
How do payments work?
We use Paystack for secure payments. Customers pay online when booking, and funds are credited to your wallet. You can withdraw to your bank account anytime.
Can customers book without paying?
Yes. You can create manual bookings from the admin dashboard that don't require upfront payment. Customers can also book and pay later via a payment link you share.
How do I handle cancellations?
Bookings can be cancelled from the admin dashboard. Cancellation policies can be configured in your booking rules. Cancelled bookings free up the time slot for other customers.
