Bookwik is an online booking platform for service businesses like salons, barbershops, photographers, personal trainers, event planners, tattoo artists and more. It helps you manage bookings, services, staff, availability and payments — all in one place.

Bookwik is free to join with no setup fees or monthly charges. We only take a 5% service fee on every completed order. You keep 95% of every sale.

Click "Register your business" on the homepage, fill in your business details, and you're ready to go. You can start adding services, staff and availability right away.

Clients visit your booking page (e.g. bookwik.app/your-salon), pick a service, choose a staff member and time slot, then confirm. They receive a confirmation email automatically.

Payments are processed through Paystack. When a client pays, the money goes to your Paystack account. After deducting the 5% platform fee, the remaining balance is available in your wallet for withdrawal to your bank account.

Go to the Wallet section in your admin dashboard. Enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum ₦1,000) and click Withdraw. The money will be sent to your registered bank account via Paystack within 24 hours.

Yes. You can add unlimited staff members, each with their own schedule, services and availability. Clients can choose their preferred staff when booking.

Go to the Rules section in your admin dashboard. Set your working hours for each day of the week. You can also set exceptions for holidays or special hours. Availability is computed from staff schedules, bookings and buffers.

Your booking page automatically uses your business name, logo, services and staff. You can edit your business details, profile image and policies from the Setup section.

Yes. Bookwik uses industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and automated daily backups. Your data is stored on secure servers with documented recovery procedures.
