You can be taking paid bookings by tonight

The reason most people put off setting up a booking page is not the software. It is the feeling that there is a project in it — that you will need a free weekend, a photographer and a decision about your brand.
There is not. Set-up takes about 15 minutes, and your page is live the day you sign up. What it needs from you is information you already have, written down.
Have these in front of you first
- Your services, written the way a client would ask for them. Not "hair" — knotless braids, box braids, a signature haircut.
- What each one costs, including the ones you quote by size or length.
- How long each one takes, honestly. This is what makes the calendar work; a service that overruns is a client kept waiting.
- Who does the work. Even if it is only you, the page needs to know whose booking it is.
- Your hours, including the day you do not work. Yours, not the industry's.
The 15 minutes, roughly
- Your business. Name, address, what you do. The page is built around the address, so clients can find you.
- Your services and prices. The list above, typed in. This is the part that takes the time.
- Your staff and hours. Who is available when.
- Your bank details. So the money has somewhere to land — set up once, through our payment provider.
Then the page exists, and the link is yours.
What is on it from day one
- Your own booking page, and a link you can put anywhere.
- Paid bookings — the client pays when they book, not when they arrive.
- Every appointment on one dashboard, with the client's name and what they booked.
- One client per slot. If the time is taken, the next booking is refused rather than quietly accepted.
What to do with the link
Do not wait for a launch moment. Put it in three places the same day:
- Your Instagram bio. It is the first thing a new client looks for.
- Your WhatsApp reply. The auto-reply if you have one, and the message you send when somebody asks what you charge.
- Your regulars. Send it to the clients you already have. They will use it first, and they will tell you within a day if something reads wrong.
Free, and nothing per month
Bookwik costs nothing to join and has no monthly fee. The commission is 0% — the only thing taken off a booking is the 1.5% card fee, capped at ₦2,000 per order.
We are onboarding businesses by hand while we are pre-launch, so request early access and we will do the 15 minutes with you.
